An update on Nando’s Gift Cards (Nov 2026)

We're experiencing some issues with gift cards at the moment. This might mean you can’t buy and spend gift cards while we work with our gift card partner on a fix. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
 

Which gift cards are affected?

Not working right now:

❌ We aren't currently able to sell gift cards on our website
❌ Any gift cards bought on our website previously can't be spent at the moment
❌ Any gift cards issued by our Customer Support team can't currently be spent 

Not affected:

✅ Gift cards can still be bought in our restaurants 
✅ Gift cards previously bought in a Nando’s restaurant can still be spent 
✅ Gift cards bought from other major retailers can still be spent
